The Beloit Psychiatric Hospital or the Beloit Mental Institute is a location in The Amazing Spider-Man and the game of the same name.

History

Beloit Psychiatric Hospital is an asylum built to hold patients from the mentally innocent to the dangerously insane. It also holds numerous criminals. Recently, Spider-Man broke into the asylum to free patient Curt Connors so he can stop the cross-species virus. However, this caused a prison riot and all of the inhabitants escaped. After all was said and done, Connors and the rest of the patients were returned to the institute by Spider-Man and the police.
