The F.D.N.Y. ambulance appear in the film after Lizard attacks Midtown Science High School; they assisted in the evacuation of the school and helped the students overcome what they saw and checked if any students were injured during the situation including that of Flash Thompson, Missy Kallenback and Gwen Stacy.
