The Man in Black Suit is head of security at Oscorp Tower in-joint with Ravencroft Institute, as well as the bodyguard of both Harry Osborn and later Donald Menken. He would be murdered by a mutated Max Dillon, now the supervillain Electro.
Biography[]
While Gwen was looking for max's file the man in black suit saw this and blocked her access then he and 2 guards chase her until peter came and distract them long enough for her to escape.
