Mary Parker was the mother of Peter Parker. She and her husband, Richard, died when Peter was young, due to being threatened by Oscorp.

Richard and Mary say goodbye to their 4-year old son Peter, after finding out Norman Osborn was hunting Parker for using his experiments as bioweaponry. They drop Peter off at Richard's brother's house. When Peter asked why they were leaving, Richard answers that it was something they had to do.[2][3]
She died in a plane crash, although Richard survived.[4]
