There are many Oscorp secret laboratories in the headquarters of Oscorp. In Oscorp Tower the entrance to the laboratories has a sign warning RESTRICTED ACCESS.

Oscorp secret laboratories have appeared several times in the Amazing Spider-Man movies. In the first film, the inside of the laboratory is revealed in the Biocable Development Unit.
In The Amazing Spider-Man 2 the lab is shown to contain high tech armature and devices such as the Green Goblin suit, Otto Octavius' mechanical tentacles, the Rhino's battlesuit and the wings of the Vulture.
Trivia[]
In The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (video game), a line up of Plutonium 238 is seen in the door of one laboratory.
